Hey first off id like to congratulate the IP Boys for finishing the B Div, even though we lost i think the team really improved alot since the beginning and this is extremely positive for the future, moving on.... its mr.lokes birthday today so happy birthday sir! And now for our dearest trng schedule,

Mon: 4-6 IP Girls and B Team Girls (KC)
6-9 A Team Girls and A Team Guys (VS)

Tue: 4-6 B Team Guys and (optional)IP Guys (KC)

Wed: 5.30-7.30 A Team Girls (Valhall)

Thur: 6-8 A Team Guys (Valhall)

Fri: 2.30-4.30 VJ Hall is free for all to practice
5.30-7.30 Physical Trng for Everyone
