1 E grade or higher
2 E grade or higher for both
3 E grade or higher for two or more

Dear all,

I'm very pleased with what I have been seeing at training sessions. Those who have been turning up for training regularly have been working hard and making progress in your general fitness. Keep training hard.

I hope you will feedback to me if you are experiencing any problems or have any issues to raise. eg. training program, injuries, parents'/teachers' complaints, need to study.

I think you guys/girls are in good hands.

HELLO!

Girls who are going on holiday or won't be around in november/december due to attachments or internships please inform SHI YA of the specific dates you won't be at training. You won't need a letter, but do tell us specifically when to and when not to expect your attendance. Also, girls who wish to cut down on training due to mother tongue A Levels, Mr Loke has given you permission to do so but again, please inform SHI YA beforehand of your plans.

Be responsible about this!

Monday: Run
Tuesday: Run + training (1445 - 1730)
Wednesday: Run
Thursday: Training (1500 - 1730)
Friday: Run + Training (1445 - 1730)

Guys
Monday: Run + Training (1645 - 1930)
Tuesday: Run
Wednesday: Training (1500 - 1630)
Thursday: Run
Friday: Run + Training (1445 - 1730)

The days with only runs will be on an individual basis so please run on your own.

As usual, please remember to bring your standard package, consisting of:
-black above-ankle socks
-500ml coke/ sprite water bottle
-face towel
-school t-shirt + black shorts
-house tee
-running shoes
-sticks/ goalkeeper equipment

For games, we will be using house tees and PE tees to differentiate the lines (hence the need to bring your house tees in addition to your PE tees).

For the guys, if you still have not paid $10 to Soffian, please do so asap.

We have 10 adidas team bags (the big one in red and black) still waiting to be purchased in the PE dept. Please help to clear this stock, simply because it's not nice for our CCA to have ordered an excess in quantity only to leave the extras to rot in PE dept. (:

Anyone interested is to send a message to Amos, indicating their name and interest in purchasing the bag. For the pricing, please check with me. You'll never find an original adidas bag like that with such a price tag in retail stores.

Hello team!

This is for all IP and J1 GIRLS. Instead of training this thursday, we will be having a friendly against SIM, 6.30pm at valhall. Yan requests that we be there by 5.30pm to do some runs before the match. Therefore, those who wish to leave school together please meet at canteen at 4.30pm. If for any valid reason you are not able to attend this friendly, please inform Shi Ya. Expected attire is PE shirt, black shorts and black above-ankle socks. Bring sticks, towel and our new team bottle! :)

By the way, if your legs are aching from all that fun we had in the hall, you might like to consider elevating your legs above your heart level (such as lying supine, i.e. on your back, and placing your legs on a few pillows) when you sleep. The lactic acid will flow out of your leg muscles to be converted to other forms that cause you less discomfort. (:

Good evening. I'm sure many of you are itching for training to resume. Training will continue from next week onwards. For next week, the tentative schedule is as follows:

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Please be reminded that training will officially start next week, so attendance will be taken.

Here's something that you might like to think about:
A few months ago, a classmate mentioned that a friend of hers made a remark regarding our CCA. The remark went something along the lines of, "Floorball is like plastic hockey..." and if my memory serves me right, "...it's kinda fake...". How would you like someone saying that about your CCA? What would you do about it? Why would you do it?

The floorball season may be brought forward next year. If that stands, the A divs are 6 months away.
