Good evening. The tentative training schedule is as follows:
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Time: Monday & Thursday - 1645 to 1900 (approximately); Tuesday - 1700 to 1900 (approximately)
Venue: VJC
Items to be brought:
-school t-shirt + black shorts
-above ankle-height BLACK socks
-running shoes
-stick/ keeper equipment
-coke/ sprite bottle
-face towel
Please pass your documentation stating your reasons for absence to your respective treasurers/ secretaries.
Also, for the guys, please pay $10 to Soffian by this Wednesday, 081008.
By the way, if your legs are aching from all that fun we had in the hall, you might like to consider elevating your legs above your heart level (such as lying supine, i.e. on your back, and placing your legs on a few pillows) when you sleep. The lactic acid will flow out of your leg muscles to be converted to other forms that cause you less discomfort. (:
