Hi all,
Here are possible exercises you can do on overseas trip:
4-6 sets of 20-30 crunches, push-up, squats, leg raise, pelvis raise, fist crunches (eg. 200 counts), 3-5 sets of 100 counts of 4 jumping jacks.
If you can put in 15-20mins every day (especially those on long trips) doing such exercises, it should slow down the rate of decline of your fitness. Those of you who have access to swimming pools and gyms may want to spend 30mins swimming or running 2-4 times each week.
You have worked so hard to build up the fitness base, I'm sure you won't want them to go down the drain.
