This is the training schedule for the coming week (281208 - 031208).
GuysMonday (291208): 0900 - 1200, TSH
Tuesday (301208): 1200 - 1500, TSH
Wednesday (311208): 1030 - 1230, VJC
Friday (020109): 1100 - 1230, VJC
GirlsMonday (291208): 1200 - 1500, TSH
Tuesday (301208): 0900 - 1200, TSH
Wednesday (311208): 1230 - 1430, VJC
Friday (020109): 1300 - 1430, VJC
Those who are free after training on Friday are requested to help clean up the rust on the the bars in the gym. I know we aren't from any particular CCA that is in charge of this, but it would be beneficial to us since we will be using the bars in the near future. Bring a rag along if you can.
Please bring your
BLACK TOPS and long black Fat Pipe socks for all court trainings, particularly for the group of people who are taking the first training slot on Monday. Those who owe the club fund money are to pay up ASAP.
One more thing. Please bring your

Hi Guys,
For those of who have paid $10 on Wednesday (171208), please pay $30 tomorrow (Friday, 191208). For those who did not pay on Wednesday, please pay $40 tomorrow. I understand that this is no small sum, but it should be enough to see us through until the start of next year when we can use our Edusave accounts to pay for coaching fees. I therefore seek your understanding in this matter. Thank you.

Dear all (past, present and future batches),
I hope all of you are doing fine. I'm really glad that the current students are training hard and getting along well. I'm also glad that the seniors and grand-seniors are coming back to join us (at trainings, chalets etc) whenever they have the time.
I really hope you all will not just regard VJFB as a CCA, earn your CCA record and say bye. Let's try to make it a BIG FAMILY of many generations (batches), it will be nice for all alumni to come back to support (with $$ or guide) and join the current and future batches of players for training and have fun.
Those in VJC will try to organise events/gatherings for VJFB bonding. Let 's build a tradition. I urge the seniors and grand seniors to come back, dont be shy, get to know your juniors and grand-juniors. People like Wei Jie,Zakir, Zamir and Nas, current JC2s, do come back and get to know the current JC1s and IPs. We are only going into our 3rd year, we can make it happen.

I cannot stress enough how this is a
tentative schedule, something we draw up to pacify the super-organized who plan their lives 3 weeks in advance. So yeah, subject to change and further updates. In the meantime, drink lots of water, rest well, and practice your close-control instead of slacking in front of the comp!

Training for next week will be as follows:
Tuesday: 1200-1500 - Guys; 1500-1800 - Girls
Wednesday: 1200-1500 - Girls; 1500-1800 - Guys
Thursday: 1200-1500 - Guys; 1500-1800 - Girls
All sessions will be held at Tampines Sports Hall. Please bring your court shoes, black above-ankle socks,
stick, towel and bottle. For those who would like to know, there are bathing facilities available. Also, please bring $10 on Tuesday to pay for the chalet. Inform your respective exco members if you are unable to attend any of the sessions.

Training for the rest of the week will be combined for the girls and guys on tuesday and thursday.
Tuesday: 0900-1100
Thursday: 0900-1100
For friday's training, girls and guys have a separate agenda.
Guys have a heavy breakfast, training will be 0900-1000 followed by a one hour break. Crossfit will take place at 1100-1200.
Girls, training will be 1000-1100, followed by a two hour break for a light lunch. Crossfit will take place at 1300-1400.
Please bring/ wear all the things that you are supposed to, and inform your respective exco members if you will be unable to come for training.
