Hey Guys (and Girls),
Heard about your results so far, congrats and good luck for your match tomorrow.
Remember that IT IS going to be hard. But take it in your stride because nothing that is worth it in life is easy, that gold medal you guys are aiming for is definitely worth it. When you feel weak, just look at the guy beside you; yes he may be ugly but he is your teammate. At the end of the day that same guy is a person you shed blood, sweat and ran suicides with, draw strength from that and push on.
Here's a quote that I found especially meaningful,
